WHAT I DO
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Crossfit Instructor, Group Cycle Instructor and a Les Mills Sprint Instructor. In addition to this I am a qualified L7 Coach and Mentor and have been supporting people to achieve their personal goals for the last 15 years. My unique skills and experience will ensure you are provided with the best support, when you need it the most, to help you reach and maintain your lifestyle and fitness goals.

In the current climate exercising at home has become the only option for many. The good news is Personal Training doesn't have to be face to face! Working closely with you I can develop and deliver tailored training sessions which are scaled to suit your individual needs. This will ensure you get the best out of your workout and achieve your goals.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Are you new to strength training and looking to see what you can achieve? Are you looking to improve your muscular endurance for a particular sport? Do you want to protect yourself against injury or illnesses including, for example, osteoporosis?
I will work with you to develop a unique strength training programme tailored to your specific goals. Whatever your goals strength training is a great way to burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health!
LIFESTYLE
Your mental health plays a key role in how you feel whilst also impacting the likelihood of successfully reaching and sustaining your fitness and lifestyle goals. I will work with you to understand and break down any barriers you have which are hindering your progress to live your best life!
